Production capacity of the VINYLON factory increased

The fleet of injection-molding machines for the manufacture of VINYLON gutter systems has been augmented with a new molding machine — the ENGEL E-VICTORY.

The equipment made by the Austrian company ENGEL is in wide use in many countries for the production of molded products. Thanks to its servo-electric injection unit, pillarless die-mold zone, and computer-controlled production process, the concern’s equipment guarantees quality that meets the most stringent of requirements.

That’s precisely why only this equipment is used in the manufacture of VINYLON gutter systems. The new molding machine, with its fully-computerized control system and innovative die-mold engineering, has made it possible to boost production capacity by another 15%.
