EasyFix – patented unique assembly system

On 19 January 2015, VINYLON secured a patent for its unique engineering solution for an interlocking bracket-trough-sleeve system.

The trough is fastened twice as easily and quickly through the smooth, rounded shapes of the lock, allowing for the installation of even single VINYLON gutters. With its reinforced edges, the trough holds its shape and doesn’t kink when installed in the brackets.

The convenient positioning of the brackets’ mounting holes not only allow for their secure fastening, but also for their installation from virtually any position under just about any framing system.

Micro-supports on all system elements allow for the quick adjustment of expansion gaps.
