EasyFix installation system
In developing the design of the Vinyl-On gutter system, the main objective was to create a system that anyone – even someone without specialized knowledge or experience – could install on their own. The result of this work is the unique fast and convenient installation system – EasyFix.
What is the EasyFix installation system?
Special fixtures make it possible to secure the gutter to fittings and brackets in one movement. Due to its reinforced ribbed edges, the gutter maintains its shape and doesn’t get twisted at the time of bracket mounting. Special micro-fasteners indicate the correct positioning of the gutter, depending upon ambient air temperature.
The convenient arrangement of the assembly holes allows for the possibility of installing the gutter from any position under any variation of roof-beam system. At the time of installation, ordinary self-threaded roof bolts (ᴓ4,8 and ᴓ5,5 mm) can be used.
